Can You Dig It?

Let me give you the skinny on this deal here. My brother and I walk into the room and see each other's pants and I say, "Man, you tryin' to psyche me out?" He says, "Chill out bunny, we're blazin' in sync today!" He reaches over to the juke and picks 'Mama Get Yourself Together,' whirls around and jabs his finger in the air and says, "feel tha funk, sister! Can you dig it?" I reply, "Hey now, you're so stunned to even ask! I - can - dig it!! Get down, get dowwwnn!"

After a few minutes of jumpin' and jivin', I cut off the juke and say, "I am buggin' out! We gotta take pictures of our tight threads." Luke continues to jam and says, "Right on, sister. We look bitchin'."

 Check out these 70's vibes. We've got our polyester pants on, mine in a dusty rose and Luke's in a pale blue. I paired my set with a brown 50's sweater. Luke has on a faded brown ribbed T.

 My accessories include these bitchin' suede brown heels- chunky in the back and laced in the front. Luke is sporting some vintage looking sandals paired with tartan plaid socks (yellow, blue and white) (wicked combination). 

 As for jewelry, I was vibin' some witchy vibes with my ruffle choker that dangles a 3rd eye pendant. The 2nd necklace was left behind at Monserrate, the famous mountain of Bogota, Colombia. It has a native sort of feel to it, with the turquoise and red bead combination. I went for some crescent moon stud earrings, sorry you can't see them. :( At least you get an image of all the witchy vibes going on around my face.

And of course, I pull it all together with my bag of the season: my red canvas.

 Luke kept it simple with his accessories by adding a gold chain to his ever constant single pierced ear.
